Co-ops Can Get FREE Bins to Recycle Clothes

Are you cleaning your closet and don't know what to do with your old garments or shoes? Recycle them! Re-Fashion NYC, a partnership between the Ccity and Housing Works, is providing free clothing recycling bins for any building of 10- ten units or more. To enroll in the program, complete the online inquiry form.


Replace Your Old Toilet for Free!

Starting in 2013, New York City will offer a $125 voucher to homeowners and landlords who replace their older toilets with highly efficient models. The city wants to eliminate all older toilets, which use up to five gallons of water for each flush and replace them with newer models that only use two gallons per flush.. Learn more.
