Finding an Affordable Apartment
Unfortunately, HCC is not able to help individual New Yorkers in the daunting task of finding an affordable apartment for themselves and their families. We do encourage neighborhood residents and their families to sign up for the many programs we advocate for that provide affordable apartments. If you are searching for an apartment and cannot afford the steep prices that many market-rate apartments rent and sell for, we recommend you apply for apartments in your income range in various buildings in various neighborhoods.
