More than 300 neighborhood residents attended the Third Annual West Side Tenants' Conference on October 13, 2007.
City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn delivered the keynote address, providing tenants with a sneak preview of landmark new anti-harassment legislation introduced the following week in the City Council.
