HCC Joins Legal Services Coalition to Lobby for Full IOLA Funding for Civil Legal Services throughout NYS

The Governor’s proposed 25% cut to IOLA funding would severely undermine access to critical legal services for West Side tenants served by HCC. This reduction threatens the stability and housing security of vulnerable residents who rely on these services to prevent eviction and protect their rights. In response, HCC joined the NYS Legal Services Coalition to urge our State Senators and Assemblymembers to firmly reject this harmful proposal and preserve essential funding.
